Robin Counters

Remember the wood bead, penguin counters we made to practice counting by 10s, in January?

Well, they got a make over...

...in honor of our spotting our first robin of the season, in a vacant lot across town, today.

This time we're counting by twos.

Despite the threat of snow, still in the air, I think it's safe to say, that spring is here. Yippee!!!

It's great to be a homeschooler.

Nothing more exciting then when one sees that first robin! Ours have been back for a while now...as we continue to await Spring. Love the make over, they are cute Robin Counters.

I love them! So very cute.

We are expecting 3-5 inches of snow tonight. It was 70 degrees last Friday!!!!!!! That's New England weather for you.

Probably the first robin is akin to seeing the first bluebonnet here. I was so excited when I saw my first ones of the year I had to send an email to everyone.
