Frozen Pudding Pumpkin Pie Pops

Want a really simple - kid friendly - frozen fall treat?

Cut, or tear, the top half off of six, or so, paper cups, and fill the bottom half with Pumpkin Spice Jell-O Pudding (I'm sure you could mix pumpkin pie spice into vanilla pudding, and come up with something similar, if you can't find the pumpkin pie pudding at the store).

Top with whipped cream.

Poke four tooth picks into the pudding, right through the cup, an equal distance apart. You could use sucker sticks instead, if your worried about mixing children, and sharp pointed toothpicks, but the toothpicks are probably easier to poke through the cup.

Freeze the pudding cups for a couple of hours, then peel the cup away from the frozen pudding, being careful not to pull out the toothpicks.

With a warm knife (run it under hot water), cut the pudding circles into quarters, so that each piece of "pie" has a tooth pick handle.

Serve, and enjoy!

It's great to be a homeschooler.
