Summer Fun Day 70 - Turning the Computer Off

It may be only early August, but in our little corner of Montana the mornings are already growing chilly.

The apples are nearly ripe...

...there are southward flying geese in the air...

...boxes of books are arriving at the door...

...and the first yellow leaves are beginning to dot the lawn.

It may not be fall just yet, but it's clearly coming around the corner - and we haven't even had our annual family water balloon fight.  With time short, and so much we'd like to do, I'm back point of "do it, or blog it". Choosing the former, I'll be stepping away from the computer once again, and moving back to a more sporadic, now and then, school-year blogging schedule.

See you in the fall!

It's great to be a homeschooler.

Oh, I will miss you, my friend, but I TOTALLY understand such a blogging schedule! (This is why there are some weeks in the year on my blog in which I only achieve my "Week End" post- and I am posting 4 weeks at the same time!) ;0)

I will miss you, but will enjoy when you get your occasional posts again!

Have a good time. It still seems very much like summer (hot and wet) here. I love your photos, especially the top one.

We haven't had our water balloon fight yet either. Summer is flying by. I always look forward to your posts!

I totally understand taking time to "do" rather than "blog". I also have gaps in my blog where life takes priority over blogging about it. I have a personal goal of taking (and posting) more pictures this year, because sometimes pictures say so much more than words could.

Enjoy preparing for the upcoming return to lessons...as we all know, learning never stops, only "formal" lessons do (for us, even "formal" lessons still continue, even during slow-downs!).

Love your blog :)
