Fall Leaf List - 2011

The older girls crafted a tree out of two paper bags...

...while the rest of us cut construction paper leaves...

...for this year's fall, "to do" list.

Just like last year, each leaf has an item, from our fall "to-do" list, written on it. We hope to remove the leaves, as we check the items off our list from now to Thanksgiving, by which time our tree should be bare of leaves, and covered in thankful turkeys.

Thats such a cute display for your bucket list! I'm interested in the pumpkin pretzels! I've never heard of that before. I just posted about my bucket list a couple of days ago. Like yours, its a tree that will hopefully be bare at the end. Ours is December first though because I hope to do something else for Thanksgiving. If you'd like, I'd love it if you'd stop by and take a look.

I love your fall list! I have to think about making a fall bucket - my main concern is not being able to get to it. Things have been pretty busy here!

Is there a way to post a pic on here? I'd love to post the tree we made (our tree https://www.facebook.com/pages/Teachin-Mamas/113492312071846#!/photo.php?fbid=164386320315778&set=a.116994078388336.29823.113492312071846&type=1&theater) and the place I got the idea for the leaves. (original leaf craft idea http://www.momentsofmommyhood.com/2011/09/oldie-but-goodie-no-mess-fingerpainted.html)

Also, do you have a recipe you could share for apple donuts and pumpkin pretzels? We'd love to do those things but don't know how!

LOVE YOUR BLOG! My kids are young, but I am learning that I am most likely and "almost unschooler" as well :) Thanks for sharing!!!
