Alien Cookies

I'm not a big believer of life in outer space, but there were plenty of aliens in my kitchen this afternoon.


The girls worked together, making our story time snack by patting out green sugar cookie circles (click here for the recipe, and baking instructions)...


...with extra little blobs, slipped underneath for legs...


...white bits of dough (separated from the rest, before the green food coloring was added), with chocolate chips for eyes...


...and small ropes of green for grins.



It's great to be a homeschooler.
