I just wish they could do their business elsewhere! Maybe if we had a bigger yard or some woods behind us, I wouldn't mind.Christy Killoranhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07159841014641280973noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-598841562237715955.post-86391092629798350262011-05-08T06:36:28.483-07:002011-05-08T06:36:28.483-07:00Becky - Yes, after we made ours, I found it in a k...Becky - Yes, after we made ours, I found it in a kids nature book, where they suggested filling the part under the feeding holes with paper towls, to keep the seeds from filling in that part - I thought that was a good idea.An Almost Unschooling Momhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07784076035361200243noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-598841562237715955.post-687752352589852762011-05-07T20:36:22.433-07:002011-05-07T20:36:22.433-07:00We made those (using Apologia science) back in the...We made those (using Apologia science) back in the late summer. We had lots of birds visiting but the problem came when the birds couldn't get to the seeds in the bottom of the bottle. Yuck! The girls had a great time making them though and we enjoyed the birds that came to visit. We also made suet and that feeder is emptied all the time. We just put our last frozen suet in so its time to make more!Beckyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16600338142463495958noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-598841562237715955.post-37355892888213438722011-05-07T09:23:43.038-07:002011-05-07T09:23:43.038-07:00That is great!! Birds never got a chance.Natalie PlanetSmartyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03531558038661679151noreply@blogger.com
